I (Kaylee) did CTC lessons on Converting Fractions To Decimals and my favorite thing to do with math, Rounding Off Decimals. I (Landen) practiced Multiplication on Imagine Math. I finished my "world," and now I'm working on Retention, remembering the facts. Next, I'll move on to another world and new facts! I (Emberly) did a few lessons of CTC on Addition, Subtraction, and Beginning Multiplication.
Language Arts:
I (Kaylee) did my End-Of-Year Language Arts test on Exact Path. It was hard. It was 45 questions and took about a whole hour! I think I did pretty good, though. I don't have the results yet. I (Landen) played Sight Word Swap with Emberly. It's where there are a bunch of fly-shaped cards with words on them, and Mom calls out a word. The person who finds the word the fastest swats the fly with a fly swatter, and they win a point! I (Emberly) played Sight Word Swap with Landen.
When we counted up the flies we got to see who won, I had 16 and Landen had 23. Landen won. :(
Science:
Spa Chemistry (Kaylee):
This week I learned about how Epsom Salt helps our bodies! I learned that when we use Epsom Salt and soak in it, our skin absorbs the magnesium, making the muscles relax and reducing inflammation.
Elementary Science (Landen):
This week I did my Dino Dig set! I dug out a Triceratops dinosaur.
I also learned a cool dinosaur fact: Dinosaurs have super long tails so that they can balance them when they're running!
Technology:
Digital Photography (Kaylee):
This week I watched a Creative Live video called Gear Q & A. The teacher talked about some cool different things to have when shooting pictures. He told a couple of jokes and answered a lot of questions. It was funny :)
Digital Art (Landen):
This week I traced Marshal from Paw Patrol on my tracing pad.
Then I colored it in. It was fun!
Elective:
Culinary Arts (Kaylee):
This week I made a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza from my Radish box! First I made the dough, let it rise a bit, and rolled it out. Then I put cheese around the edges and rolled them over. Finally, I cooked it in the oven and cut it.
It was delicious!!!

| My Radish Tools |
Also, since it is the last week of school, I took a picture of all the Radish tools I got: dumpling press, pizza cutter, garlic mincer, offset spatula, ice cream scoop, whisk, pasta stirrer, flipper, pie scoop, and a masher.
P.E. (Landen):
This week, we went to the Lagoon for the MTH Lagoon day.
We went on some really cool and scary roller coaster rides! My favorite was The Cannonball roller coaster, which was sooo high, and sooo scary!! Kaylee's favorite was Bombora and the Jumping Dragon. The Bombora twisted and went sideways, really fast, and the Jumping Dragon went forwards, around and around in a circle, very, very fast, and then turned backwards and went very, very, fast. Emberly's favorite ride was Bombora, too. Finally, Owen's favorite was called Engine 86, a firetruck ride, and Shiloh's favorite was called Speedway Junior, a super fun car ride!
Arts and Crafts (Emberly):
This week I rubbed some crayons over some texture boards and made a book!
It was so much fun!!
