This week we explored the body using a game on our tablet. In this game you can watch the heart in action! You can even push a button that puts the person on a treadmill and the heartrate will go up!
Tech:
Doodle Crate (Kaylee): This week I dyed my t-shirt yarn!
I dipped one ball of yarn in the blue dye, and another in the purple dye. The purple color looked more like magenta, so I dipped it in blue for a few minutes and that turned it purple. For the last ball, I dipped one end in blue and another in the magenta. In the very middle, the colors mixed, turning it purple.
Tinker Crate (Landen): This week I started my February crate... an Arcade Catapult! I completed the game board.
Elective:
Arts and Crafts (Kaylee): I continued working on my latch hook slippers. I completed a row of blue.
Building Machines: I built the second part of my project... a vehicle to move my boat.
That looks like a fun learning game to study the heart. It seems like you have so many options to help you learn. That's awesome!
