Science:
October is a new month and that means a new Human Science Unit. Along with Halloween we will be learning about our Skeletal System!
Tech:
(Kaylee): I completed my second section of my innovation journal and I submitted it online. I learned how to scan documents because I will have to do this every month.
(Landen): While we wait for our October Kiwi Crates, I made my first project from my engineering activity book... a Pom Pom Popper! It was a lot of fun, plus I got to make it in my favorite colors, blue and red!
Elective:
(Kaylee): I finished my granny square purse this week. First I made a side piece and attached the squares to it, then I made a strap!
(Landen): This is the creation I made in my simple machine class. It is another free build, which is my favorite thing to do!

October is a good month to learn about the skeletal system since Halloween includes skeletons! That purse is very colorful. Kaylee, do you like to crochet? You sure make some clever lego machines, Landen! I sure enjoy reading the blog and seeing the pictures of your school adventures! 💜
ReplyDeleteGood work guys! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI do like to crochet! I found the purse pattern on Pinterest. The color changing is quite weird because it is made from yarn that makes stripes when you crochet a scarf. But it is pretty cool! But what to put in it?...😊🤷♀️
